1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ba223 ("ba223", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered at https://ba223.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, VIP services, and promotional programmes.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ba223 platform, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

ba223 provides its services to players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

ba223 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ba223 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba223 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 18+ for all account registrations and all wagering activity. No exceptions are made under any circumstance.
• You are using the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate unless expressly agreed in writing with ba223.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from ba223 or placed under a cooling-off restriction on your account.
• You do not have an existing ba223 account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited.

ba223 employs age verification and Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures to confirm player eligibility. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification documents at any stage during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access ba223's full range of services, you must complete the account registration process at https://ba223.app/ba223-login. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact number.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to ba223 promptly by contacting [email protected]. ba223 shall not be liable for losses or delays in payment processing arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ba223 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify ba223 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may register and maintain only one active ba223 account. If ba223 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — ba223 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and retain any balances or winnings pending investigation. Deliberate creation of duplicate accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions or account limits is treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 KYC Verification

ba223 may request KYC documentation at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or during periodic reviews. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence (proof of age and identity); recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months (proof of address); and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used (proof of payment method). KYC verification is typically completed within two (2) business days of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ba223 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the ba223 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, although ba223 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above a specified threshold in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits are credited to your ba223 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ba223 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are independent of ba223 and are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day will be processed on that same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ba223 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Withdrawals are issued to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with ba223 support in writing.

ba223 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious account activity, or where the account is subject to a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ba223 is committed to preventing financial crime and operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the player's own name. ba223 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity, including but not limited to deposit-then-withdrawal without gameplay, will be suspended pending investigation, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ba223 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ba223 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of the bonus amount multiplied by a factor stated in the applicable promotion page at the time of the offer. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited without notice.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

ba223 offers a weekly cashback promotion to eligible players. The cashback percentage and calculation method are stated on the relevant promotion page. ba223's weekly cashback carries zero additional wagering requirements — cashback credited to an account is immediately available for withdrawal. Cashback is calculated based on net losses during the qualifying period and is credited to the player's account by 12:00 BST on the following Monday.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• ba223 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any form of arbitrage — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Certain game types (e.g., specific live casino tables or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate to bonus wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• ba223 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting activity on ba223 is governed by the ba223 Sportsbook Rules, and all casino game activity is governed by the applicable game rules provided by the respective game studio. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity on the platform.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

Bets placed on ba223 are final once confirmed. ba223 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the published odds were clearly erroneous (palpable error). A palpable error is defined as an odds quotation that is materially inconsistent with the market price of the event at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without the winning payout. ba223 is the sole arbiter of whether a palpable error has occurred.

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and late-bet cancellation where ba223 determines that a bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already occurred. ba223 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect and cancel such bets. The stake will be returned in all such instances.

For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other cricket events — the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) shall be used to settle all markets unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened due to weather, or officially postponed, ba223 reserves the right to apply specific settlement rules stated in the cricket market rules section of the platform.

6.2 Casino Rules

All casino games offered on ba223 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. The Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are certified by the respective game studio and are available on request. ba223 does not alter the RTP of any game provided on the platform.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a casino game session, the round in question will be voided and the stake for that round returned to the player's account. ba223 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable connection before commencing play.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ba223 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity theft
• Attempted manipulation of game outcomes, odds, or platform systems
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player
• Regulatory or legal requirement

Where an account is suspended due to suspected rule breach, ba223 will conduct an investigation before a final determination is made. During the investigation period, the account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. Players will be notified of the suspension and provided with an opportunity to respond unless prohibited by legal or regulatory obligation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ba223 account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written account closure request. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure, after completion of any pending withdrawal requirements, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8. Responsible Gaming
